Boris Titov, Presidential Commissioner for Entrepreneurs' Rights
Boris Titov has been the Presidential Commissioner for Entrepreneurs' Rights since 2012. After the completion of his studies at Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 1983, he started worked at the Soyuzneftexport Foreign Trade Company. From 1989 to 1991, he joined the Urals Soviet-Dutch Joint Enterprise as Department Head. He then spent the next 12 years as Executive Director of Solvalub Group.
Prior to his current appointment, he has served as Chairman at Interkhimprom Joint Board, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Abrau-Dyurso company, President of Azot Agrochemical Corporation, President of Fertiliser Industry's Development Fund, and also CEO of Gas Market Coordinator Non-profit Partnership. Titov was also active in the public sphere, holding membership positions at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs' administrative office, the Russian Federation Civic Chamber, and as Chairman of the Delovaya Rossiya (Business Russia) All-Russia Public Organisation.
